I was traveling in my world that I started at the beginning of the year and while looking for gold I found a mineshaft, while lighting it up I found a Dungen that generated within the mineshaft without a spawner. Not sure if that was supposed to happen.

I have found several in my world, but this was the only one that was below y=0. It didn't generate a Spawner probably because the Mineshaft generated over it.

So sorry for the late reply, no I was not, I was in the official release of the game at the time. I was exploring in a mineshaft when I stumbled upon this. Just as a precaution, I did attempt to regenerate the world seed to see if the issue duplicated and it did. Not sure if it will reproduce in the 1.18.30 release.
Our game went through the most recent update a couple days ago and all of a sudden there are no spawners. We were going through a mineshaft last night and found 3 spider web filled rooms, but no spawners. We also wound a dungeon within the mineshaft that also had no spawner. This is an existing world we've been in for a while and have never run into this issue before. The minshaft was at about y=-40 or so.. so it was a deep mineshaft.

I can't find a single spawner/dungeon in my world. People are saying they are finding them but they aren't in my world.othwr people are saying that can't find any either. Am I missing something? I even looked in creative and can't find a single one!
