Glow squids spawn in 1 block height water bodies and suffocate

In a survival world made since 1.17, located in a Y12 ravine that was partially water flooded and I ended up filling to all its bottom with water in order to convert lava blocks into obsidian blocks so I move arround there; and the glow squids spawn quite often there. But I've found that because of the one block height level of the water, specifically near the edges of the water body, those glow squids die by suffocation since the water is not deep enough to keep them in it.

I attach a MCWORLD file so you can check it as your heart content.

All water-spawning mobs can spawn in 1-block deep water, so I think this is probably working as intended. Moreover, glow squid are < 1 block tall and wide.

I think if there is a bug, it would be that squid/glow squid tend to suffocate in 1-block deep water.

@[Mod] GoldenHelmet That's the issue, It could work for glow ink farms, but that spawning condition is not only present for a farm but also for the simply environment. As well that glow squid hit box and textures are way bigger than fish and axolotls ones.

An exception for this mob spawn would come in handy.
