It would be good that the solution were some kind of rule that if the water is not deep enough then any kind of squid wouldn't be able to spawn at all.
@[Mod] GoldenHelmet That's the issue, It could work for glow ink farms, but that spawning condition is not only present for a farm but also for the simply environment. As well that glow squid hit box and textures are way bigger than fish and axolotls ones.
An exception for this mob spawn would come in handy.
Apparently, it has been fixed in 1.17.10.23.
Affects beta 1.17.0.22 Android 9.
okay seed does not generates the same map as it does currently in the just released major first part update.
Something similar happens with hoglins that ignore warped fungus that are planted over pots; they don't flee from them like they do when they are planted over nylium blocks.
After being resolved, now came back affecting 1.16.210. Should be reopened.
I attempted to re-enchant a pair of netherite boots which enchants were a mess (it had all Mending I, Depth Strider III, Thorns III, Unbreaking III, Projectile Protection IV and Feather Falling IV, but I wanted to add Soulspeed III but it was "Too expensive!". So I went to the grindstone and clean them up, enchant them at the enchanting table obtaining Unbreaking III, then I wnet to the anvil and when I putted both netherite boots and Mending I book the anvil UI displayed 33 EXP cost even when I washed it at the grindstone; even placing the other caped level books the prompt was "Too expensive!".
Something is wrong again.

This phenomenon had been taken 5 months ago, but it's still present. I will update with newer screenshot.
It happens to me too. And that's something that happened even before the Nether Update. Hostile mobs spawning in villages not really inside lit areas but they do spawn in the minimum tiny spots where light is not reaching; like the 5x5x5 houses roofs, where the ground can be lit but wrong spawning use the Y coordinate to spot hostile mobs, understanding that the ground is the one that often is being lit.
Nope, I've already re-downloaded music pack and nothing has changed. I can only hear the classic C418 soundtrack but nothing from Lena Raine. Nothing new yet.
By the way, can we keep the pancape after the beta?
The folders cannot be accessed in Android if the user has no root access, so that's not an option for everybody.
It's fixed! But I had troubles at the beginning, I'll try describe it with the screenshots.
[media][media][media][media][media]At this point I was getting frustrated, even tried to sign in with Xbox app with no success.
[media][media]But fortunately the sign in screen appeared again!
[media]And finally did it.
[media]Even the new nether screen for menu is established again.
Thank you so much.
It's not quite good yet. The prompt doesn't say that it have errors, it actually leads you to the sign in web direction, but once the permissions are given, the game delayed a while, the resource packs where loaded, but when I thought that I could finally sign in, the button of sign in still appearing as if nothing had done (I'm kinda mad because all was for nothing and the nether menu screen change to that horrible cats and panda beta screen).
I'm trying to delete permissions in Microsoft account and try it again but I'm not being successful, I'm even trying (unnecessarily) to sign in with xbox app.
Don't worry, it's filed as a duplicate. No need to repost. I've also reported by my side the same issue and is also filed as a duplicate. Check the link above to see the others that have reported.
Not anymore. The farmer WILL be able to make or use bonemeal.
Any news but for Windows 10? Recent hot fixes had been but none had attended this issue yet.
But my crops never popped out with that very same light disposition. I could assume that pots are disturbing the light but I had this issue before placing those pots (supposedly for the bees to pollinate their flowers although they aren't making them sense, but that's another issue). I'm thinking to build light posts made with fences and lanterns to try to resolve that. But honestly I haven't experienced this before, I can bet that this was until 1.13 came.
This is present in whole BE since I experiment this issue in Windows 10 as well.
Yes. The nearest light source, a torch, is about 4 blocks away.
Affects Preview/Beta 1.19.10.21.
