I have a Fortune III Diamond Pickaxe in Bedrock Realms that was previously giving me larger returns but with my Fortune III Pickaxe I am getting 5 coal from 5 coal blocks, and 5 iron from 3 iron blocks. Yields of 1 per coal block and 1, 2, 2 per iron block. This is significantly less than normal for a Fortune III enchantment.

Aside from the fact that Bedrock has not been replaced with Deepslate despite being updated to 1.18.2 Hotfix, nothing else has changed. There are no addons on the realm either.
Doesn't work for me too. Fortune III gives same amount of items as you are getting. But I'm playing on local world on Pocket Edition
I cannot reproduce this is a world created in 1.18.10. I mined a pillar of 64 coal blocks with fortune 3 and got 132 coal.

I had a similar issue on a server.
Mined 15 diamond ore with a F3, UB3, Mending, Eff4 and only obtained 15 diamond
To test I mined 15 coal with the same pickaxe and only obtained 30 Coal, I picked up the coal after I broke each ore and every drop was 2 coal.
However testing on a new 1.18.12 single player world I was able to get a similar amount of coal to GoldenHelmet (2 Stacks + 18) from a stack of coal ore, and also tested with diamond ore I got slight more diamonds from a stack of diamond ore (2 Stacks + 21)
Could this be a BDS/Server/Realm issue?
