Skins unable to use

After updating to 1.18.10 None of my skins are useable, whether they be custom skins, skin packs or marketplace skin editor items.

 

Everytime I "save" and i get confirmation that character is saved, it shows me steve in character editor, main menu and in game.

Also get no previews of items when using marketplace items

Update:

Custom skin FILES work if I upload the file manually, however skin packs and marketplace items aren't showing and don't even show preview if I click them in character editor

Update. Marketplace items aren't loading for me in preview, however skin packs on my account are working. Lost my old skin-pack so can't test local ones atm

I'm also having this issue on Mobile ever since the new year gifts event was removed from the marketplace

, skin creator skins just appear as Steve even though it has been edited.

Occasionally I have this issue and sometimes a texture pack is the cause of it (even if the pack has no character skin modifiers)

All components of the in game "Charactor Creator" are not working.
None of the items I select and "Equip" actually equip to my character

As you can see in the image the lumberjack shirt should be showing on my character, but it is not

Upon discussions on discord, it seems that the "Equip" button has been removed from the skin editor. Someone managed to fix it using a resource pack but this is obviously not a perfect solution.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?
