After the most recent update, no 3rd party shader packs are able to render. Texture packs seem to render in order correctly, but if a shader is placed in line, it is ignored.

This is from the result of the new Renderdragon engine being used to handle shaders and such. This is unfortunately not a bug.
Pretty lame they are choosing to just ignore a complete subset of resource packs because they released an incomplete render engine. Performance issues and water/lava doesn't even flow now. Hope they fix it and get their stuff wired.

Shaders will no longer work in Minecraft as written in the changelog from April 19, 2022 (Minecraft - 1.18.30 (Bedrock) – Minecraft Feedback)
