[MCPE-156245] Cant rename using Anvil, Chat & Sign on Realm

I have a realm since 2 month ago, but sometime chat didnt work or showing on chat column, and basically cant rename on anvil and sign in, always got blank. but sometime chat,sign in & anvil got working only on 20 minuted and after that doesnt working again, please help
