Resolving temporarily as Awaiting Response. What resource pack are you using? This ticket will reopen automatically when you reply.

No resource packs are used.

Also I also turned off vsync

Are you using an RTX world from the marketplace then? Could you add its name to the ticket?

I am not using the map from the bazaar. By the way my graphics card is RTX 3050

This issue is caused by Vanilla RTX not vanilla Minecraft so this issue should be closed

It shouldn’t matter what pack you use, excluding Kelly’s RTX, Defined PBR, Lumen RTX.

Regardless of the resource pack used, by turning on ray tracing, all mobs must use their textures with a default rough material.
The rtx.mcpack that I've attached will allow you to turn on ray tracing, it is an empty pack so only default resources are used and no modifications are made.

Despite this all mobs will show their default textures along with a rough material on them, however this isn't the case for warden as it appears to be black instead of showing its textures.
One of more recent releases half-way fixed this issue, there are still some parts of warden that display a fully black texture instead.
