Some cosmetics pass through/outline some menu and inventory.

Issue problem :
Some cosmetics pass through/outline the armor inventory and in dressing room menu. 

Expected Results :
Some cosmetics will not pass through/outline the armor inventory and in dressing room menu. 

Step to reproduce :

Inventory :

1. Get a skin then pick a headwear.

2. Get inside your world. 

3. Open your inventory then click on armor inventory.

Dressing room menu :

1. Open minecraft.

2. Click on dressing room.

3. Create a skin with headwear.

Friend menu:

1.Open minecraft 
2.Go to friend menu.
3.Click on your friends that has a headwear or shirt wear that outline.
