[MCPE-16022] Can select unavailable enchantment when enchanting a fishing rod

When you enchant a 'Carrot on a Stick' or a fishing rod on the enchantment table, it will give you nothing and Unbreaking 1 enchantment on each level.

Survival
In survival mode, the selection button is greyed out and cannot tap the button, when selected it will send a message: "No valid output for this item".

Creative
Can tap the button, the button isn't greyed out and not applying any enchantment when selected, but it doesn't cost any XP or lapis.

My enchantment table is not working. I place an item in it I put the lapis in it it shows the three levels but for some reason it will not give me the option to actually in chant it says no valid output for that item. I have tried putting in everything armor diamond sword pickax fishing pole nothing will work. I’m a level 23 do. Please help me
