[MCPE-160265] Mobs can Spawn with/Drop completely random items/blocks

Mobs can RARELY spawn with a random item/drop a random item on death, such as these examples from what I encountered:

A drowned that spawned with an ELYTRA.

A dog dropping Beetroot.

A Drowned dropping Blue Ice.

A cat dropping Nether Quartz.

None of these mobs picked their items up as dogs and cats cannot pick up items, and the Drowned with an Elytra did not drop the Elytra when it was killed. The beetroot could not have been related to the gifts cats give as it is not a gift a cat can give.

To reproduce:

Simply just play normally, and with a rare chance, you could encounter it.

This issue cannot be reproduced or fixed only based on "very rare chances" because it would cost so much time for the developers to fix it...

You could check the spawn rates to see if there are any items that should not be there

It is not my world, however I can 100% confirm that NOTHING extra was added to the world. I'll try to get the world, but it will take a while to reach my friend who may or may not have it anymore.

Is this still an issue in the latest release? If so, then please attach a video demonstrating a mob spawning holding/dropping any item that isn't meant to be in its loot table. Additionally, if you can provide a code analysis that could prove there is something wrong with the loot tables of mobs, then it would certainly help your case.

If you were able to obtain a copy of the affected world, please share it, as this could be caused by an accidental corruption of the loot tables due to them being modified in a previously loaded save of the world.

Well I can't really provide "code analysis" as I am not that advanced, but I will search for screenshots of this occurring, such as the Drowned with Elytra, or others. Once I find them I will also provide the world file, though the file size is large. How do I share world files that are very large?
