Missing update to block models

As you can see in this photo, there is a lack of updating to certain blocks that use old textures or models in the game and the lack of shading to certain light-emitting blocks, I do not know if it is intentional or due to an error

The problem with shading is already tracked in MCPE-41229

I don't see what the issue is. Please be more specific.
