Every block that doesn't emit light must be shaded, but some aren't.
Affected blocks:
The blocks listed below don't emit light, so they should be shaded (inventory only):
Decorated Pot
All mob heads/skulls
All dripleaves
All banners
The blocks listed below are shaded from the wrong direction (left side of the block instead of the right side):
Heavy Core
Stonecutter
Composter
Lectern
Grindstone
All anvils
All sculk sensors (emit light level of 1)
Sculk Shrieker
End Portal Frame (emits light level of 1)
All azaleas
Mangrove Roots
Scaffolding

Additionally, the conduit emits light, so it shouldn't be shaded when dropped:
[media]
Steps to reproduce:
Open each of the attached worlds in their respective editions
Compare the shading of the items in the chests
In the Bedrock world, look at the shading of the dropped conduit
Observed result:
The shading is inconsistent across editions and sometimes outright missing in Bedrock Edition where it should be present. Dropped conduits are shaded despite the fact that they emit light.
Expected result:
The shading is consistent across editions and present where necessary in Bedrock Edition. Dropped conduits are not shaded.

These items with different lighting,.. This block is actually not so bright, it can't be look like 15 levels of brightness, it must be all not emit light and is obscured ambient light like the Java version, otherwise it won't look good, It won't look like it was on the ground
Composters are no longer affected by this bug.
