Steps to Reproduce:
1. Craft fireworks with a charge of 3 with 3 gunpowder and 1 paper
2. Use /give @p firework_rocket 32 2
3. Try stacking them
Observed Results:
The fireworks don't stack
Expected Results:

Is something that likely different name of firework rockets
there's 3 flight duration 1 and 32 flight duration 2 which does not a bug
of this issue, it stacks a same name of flight duration numbers
If you left click on the fireworks in the inventory and exit out of it, then the fireworks stack properly.
I cannot reproduce this in 1.20.51.
