On the main menu, when trying to edit a world, I am unable to edit any of them that contain spaces in the world file's name. This normally cannot occur without renaming the world files, and can be fixed by replacing them to not contain spaces.
Steps to reproduce:
Head into the game files (location varies with each device).
Rename a world file (can be any) to contain spaces in it's name.
Open Minecraft and locate the world on the "worlds" tab in the Main Menu.
Attempt to open the "Edit world" screen for this specific world.
Everything you are unable to do in game because of this bug:
Rename worlds
Edit multiplayer settings
Change resource packs and behavior packs
Delete, copy and export worlds
Enable Experimental Features and Education Edition

Is this still an issue if you disable your packs from global resources? Packs applied in global resources could affect the UI.
I had discovered this issue without any resource packs on, and it still affected it with all of my usual resource packs on in the same orders prior to 1.19.60.
If you're curious, resource packs include:
My default edits resource pack with a handful of tweaks for gameplay
Two resource packs changing Acacia Planks and Spruce planks to have pallettes to match their other wood types (A joke referencing two bugs)
A markers pack and nether fog remover by FoxyNoTail
A Marketplace hider
Since we can't enter the world modification interfaces, it is impossible to export it from this place we can copy it in ZIP using this path (%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds)
I can't speak for the original submitter, but in my case I have changed the folder names through file explorer which is something I've done for years to keep them organized and it won't let me press that botton after this update. I don't know if that has anything to do with this though because I can change the folder names of newly created worlds and nothing happens with them. The issue seems to be impacting my existing worlds and works with new worlds.
I have for all of them, however I also have for that one world that still works for some reason. Strange. So there might be something else that also causes it?
Edit: The one thing in this case that is odd about that one is that it doesn't have any spaces in the name - which under normal circumstances, cannot be replaced without editing the file names. However most of these worlds have been renamed like this prior to 1.19, so I think it definitely needs to be looked into.
Second Edit: After renaming one of the worlds to replace it's spaces with underscores, I was able to bring up the edit screen in the main menu. So based off of other people's comments and testing, this is likely the actual cause of the issue, rather than my Day 1 speculation.
Third Edit: After renaming the world that originally did work to contain spaces, it no longer let me open it. I'm highly confident that this is the cause of the issue.
Same issue, removed the spaces from the world folder's filename and was able to edit settings. Seems to be the cause.
I found this to happen to me when my world had previously been used for a dedicated server. Removing spaces fixed it for me as well.
Could you provide some more information about how you renamed these worlds? Did you also edit the file or folder name using explorer or another means?
If you have a copy of the world available, you might like to upload a copy of it for investigation.
On Windows 10 you can use the Export world feature.
On Android or iOS you need to use a file explorer to navigate to Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds
If the world is larger than 10MB you can upload the world to OneDrive or a similar file sharing site, and then share the link.
