Arm does not sway while using the Brush

While using the brush, the player's arm doesn't move in third-person view.

Steps to replicate

1. Get a Brush; and start using in anywhere.

2. Switch to third-person and keep holding right click

Observed

The player's both right and left hand stay completely frozen.

Expected

They play the moving animation while using the Brush.
