[MCPE-169764] Some items play the wrong hand animation in first person

For some reason, certain items play the wrong animation when used on anything. This includes:

Item frames
Campfires
Flower pots
Chains
Sugar cane
Brewing stands
Cauldrons
Kelp
String
Comparators
Repeaters
Hoppers
Warped fungus on a stick
Coal
Arrows
Music discs
Trial keys
Charcoal
Music discs

Something else to note is that these items play a faster bobbing animation than most other items.
