[MCPE-17091] Command suggestions show up if there's a space at the beginning

What happened:
I had a space in front of my command and the suggestions still showed. After typing the command with a space at the beginning it doesn't execute, just shows in chat as " /tp ~ ~2 ~" for example.
What I expected to happen:
Either the command suggestions not appearing or minecraft removing the spaces.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter 1 or more spaces in chat
2. Press "/" and have the command suggestions show

Might be WAI as it enables commands to be seen and typed into chat for reference.

You said "Spaces in commands no longer stop them from working" but this report says that if there's a space at the start they do not work. Instead the commands appear in chat as a message.

I have the issue were when typing a space before a command, it dose not work. It seems like it should work, but is Displayed as a normal text message in the chat. Dose that have something to do with this issue? If so, this bug isn’t not fixed.
