Sculk sensors react when the player removes armor

Summary:
Sculk sensors react when the player removes armor. According to Java, vibrations should not be created at all when removing armor (or pumpkins).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place the sculk sensor.

  2. Put on the armor.

  3. Wait for the sculk sensor to reboot.

  4. Take off the armor.

Observed results:
Removing the armor creates vibrations.

Expected results:
Removing the armor does not create vibration.
