I recently updated my world to 1.20. I tried to find trails ruins in not generated chunks, but haven't found it. After about 3 hours of searching, I copied my world and used spectator mode but nothing was anywhere.

Could you please attach the world to your bug report, on which the issue can be observed, or provide a seed of the world affected?
Have you tried searching for it via /locate command? I tried to locate the trail ruins structure via /locate command within your seed and it successfully found the ruins for me.
Using the seed you're provided (7450399754159464024), Trail Ruin structures were confirmed at:
880 ~ 1136
240 ~ 1808
1776 ~ 18080 (after teleporting ~16000 blocks away to try and recreate what you've described)
It seems that these structures are generating in the seed you've provided. However, there is a bug where the trail ruins generate in two sections - see MCPE-169988 for more details.
In order to verify the bug yourself, you may wish to try the following:
Make a copy of your world
Switch it to Creative and enable cheats
Enable the show coordinates option
Open the world and run the command /locate structure trail_ruins
Navigate to the location and use spectator mode to verify that the structure is in place
Once you have done that please share some screenshots of the location.
So, I was in my base on copy of my world, typed locate command and ruins were supposed to be on 880 1136. Nothing was on that cordinates. Then I teleported to unloaded chunks and type locate again. Structure should be on 2912 832, but nothing was there. After repeating the process over 10 times I finally found one. Note, that all locate commands were used in unloaded chunks. Also this world was created in 1.19.20.
i think new stuff in the updates only generates in new chunks that haven't been explored even then the structures spawning could be pretty rare, i had to travel 13000 blocks just to find an ancient city
