Enemy Night Mobs Spawning in Daytime and in Lighted Houses

Enemy Mobs sometimes spawn during the daytime (Probably only in hard mode), Zombies and skeleton still burn but they still should not spawn in the daytime. They might also have a chance of spawning Zombies inside houses (With Bright Light Sources). Many villagers were killed in my Minecraft house because of Zombies, Skeletons, Witches, Creepers, and Baby Zombies spawning inside of it.

The Videos are to large to put in the attachments so here is links instead.

Here is my proof:

Difficulty does not affect light requirements for spawning.

Have you actually seen zombies spawn in daylight or lit rooms? I think the most likely explanation for your villagers is that a zombie spawned at night, hid from the sun during the day, and started a chain reaction of zombifying villagers who then zombified more villagers.

In order to confirm a bug we would need steps to reproduce the issue. If you can identify a particular spot where zombies spawn and you think they shouldn't, and provide a screenshot or picture, that would give us something to work with.

They most of the time they spawn on the stairs of my house and in one of the rooms in my house. My house is pretty much ruined now due to Creepers blocking my way out of the basement of my house. I cannot get a really good view but I play with headphones so when skeleton and/or Zombies spawns, I immediately react if I am close enough to hear. I added videos by the way but they are links to Google Drive due to them being to large for the attachments. I will be hiding my Villagers in the basement with fences surrounding them from now on.

Creepers are impossible for me to hear until I hear the hissing and If I can react fast enough.

I can confirm that their is either a issue with mob spawning of the track function of some mobs is far to large.  My base is locked 24*24 area. I afk inside. Creepers spawn and kill me

Night mobs spawned in clear daylight and went on the attack.

Issues such as these are very difficult to verify unless you can provide a copy of the world, if this is still an issue, please attach a copy of the affected world.

In the clips you've provided, there appears to be dimly lit spots/areas in which it could be possible for hostile mobs to spawn. Especially in the clip where the skeleton is found inside the room (the room doesn't appear properly lit).

The clip provided by @unknown looks like a case of MCPE-131325. The monsters are spawning and not burning because the weather is actually thunderstorm, but the sky does not show it.

That may explain some of the other examples given here, too. And as KR_ pointed out, the skeletons in the first video in the description seem to come from an unlit room. Note that, while monsters cannot spawn in any level of block light, they can spawn in sky light up to level 7. In a solid wall room with windows at head height, floor will be spawnable 6 blocks in from the window at mid day in sunny weather.

To figure out exactly where mobs are spawning, you may wish to make a copy of the world, set it to creative mode, and set up a repeat, always-active command block with the command,
/execute at @e[family = monster] run fill ~~~ ~ 200 ~ glowstone
Have this command block point into a chain, conditional, always active command block with the command,
/kill @e[family = monster]
This will create easily visible glowstone pillars that you can follow down to the spots where monsters have been able to spawn.
