I used to play minecraft on my xbox and i bought a few maps when i played on xbox, when i moved to PC i downloaded the ones i wanted to play. After a while i wanted to download some more and this is where the issue arised. any time i try to download a marketplace world/ pack, it gets stuck on 0% download, if i press cancel it forces me straight back into the download window and if i click X it gets stuck downloading in the marketplace never actually downloading. Today i decided to buy another world forgetting about the issue and it has done the same again.
