[MCPE-177613] Wolf Armor doesn't protect Wolves from Creeper explosion damage

When a Wolf that has equipped Wolf armor it take the same damage as normal wolfs

Expected results.
The armor should decrease the damage from the explosion damage from creepers

actual result
The wolf takes the same damage as a normal wolf

How are you testing this? It may be that the center of a creeper explosion does enough damage that it kills a wolf even after the damage reduction of the armor.

Java tamed wolves have always taken half damage from entities. This is exclusive behavior that is unrelated to armor and does not exist in Bedrock. Please bear it in mind when making comparisons.
