The top of the torch is out of place and the wall torch has a weird design. I know it is difficult to understand, that's why I'm comparing the Java torch with the bedrock Torch, if you look carefully you'll see the difference. Bedrock torches are wrong.

I don't see anything wrong with the top of the ground torch in the first screenshot. Since it's a separate issue, you may make a separate report. We would need you to articulate what you expect and how what you see is different from what you expect in order to evaluate it.
I made a new report where is easier to understand and see the problem on MCPE-178111.
