Parity issue: bogged don't try to keep distance from his target

When the bogged is attacking he doesn't try to keep distance from the target he is attacking, like java edition, instead he will shoot arrows faster b

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Spawn a bogged

  2. Try to make him attack you or an entity

Expected results:

He will keep distance from the target being attacked

Observed results:

He currently does not do this.

The attack interval issue is tracked at MCPE-178882.
The keeping distance issue is, as you point out, a pre-existing parity issue with skeletons and strays that does not meet the parity issue criteria.
