Realms Stories Settings Screen Animations Do Not Work

The Screen Animations in the Realms Stories Settings Screen don't work with Screen Animations turned on.

How to reproduce:

  1. Turn on Screen Animations

  2. Go to the Realms Stories Settings Screen

  3. Observe no animations present within the screen

Observed results:
Screen Animations don't work within the Realms Stories Settings Screen

Expected results:
Screen Animations should work normally within the Realms Stories Settings Screen

This issue is present in 1.21.2 and a similar issue is present in 1.21.20.22 where clicking on a friend's profile will cause a gap to appear between the two transparent backgrounds.
