Transitions are not seamless between various screens with the new UI

Affected transitions:

• Title screen -> new Profile screen

• Title screen > new Achievements screen N/A as of 1.21.51

• Title screen -> new Inbox screen

• Title screen -> new Realms screen

• Title screen -> new Play screen

• New Play screen -> Loading world screen - partially fixed as of 1.21.30.21, however the loading screen itself does not fade in

• New Play screen > old Play screen fixed as of 1.21.60.24

• Old Play screen -> new Realms Stories screen

• Old Play screen -> new Create New World screen (Create World -> Create New World)

• Old Play screen -> new Edit World screen

• Old Play screen -> new Search For Players screen (Friends -> Add Friend)

• Pause menu -> new Profile screen

• Pause menu -> new Achievements screen

• Edit Realm screen -> new Realms Stories screen

• Dressing Room -> new Profile screen (Profile > Dressing Room) - fixed as of 1.21.30.21

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ensure Screen Animations are enabled

2. Trigger any of the transitions listed above in the Affected transitions list

Observed result:
In various places where the old and new UI interact, transitions are not seamless and the screen you are transitioning into often loads in from the void, while the screen you are transitioning out of disappears without fading out.

Expected result:
Transitions are seamless everywhere.
