In Java Edition, the maximum number of deepslate diamonds in blobs appears to be greater. After using several commands across the two versions, it has been found that the blobs contain greater amounts of deepslate diamond ore blocks than in Bedrock. In Bedrock, the maximum is fairly large however I have not found a 20-ore vein in Bedrock even after removing all blocks in a world via commands besides deepslate diamonds. In Java, I have found up to 20-23 if not exposed to air, but in Bedrock, it is usually up to 10-15, if not less.

Unfortunately, a single example of an apparently larger blob in Java isn't very strong evidence. Blobs are generated per chunk, and there's always a possibility of blobs in 2 chunks being generated adjacent to one another, which gives the appearance of a single, oversize blob. This would be equally likely in either Java or Bedrock, but if you only experimented until you found a first instance, it's not definitive evidence.
We know that a difference exists in diamond ore blob generation parameters between the two editions. What we don't know is whether that translates to a difference in blob sizes, because the parameters don't tell us how the chunk generation algorithm uses them. Would you be willing to perform further experiments to establish a more significant correlation between edition and blob size? (I don't mean significant as in sigma < 5, just like 4 or 5 instances with no counterexamples.)
In Java Edition, the biggest diamond ore blob have a size of 12 (from ore_diamond_large.json), which means at most 23 ores can generate from 1 blob. I don't know any information about Bedrock Edition though.
And more correlation: after doing a lot of looking across 3 worlds, same seed but different version, when I found some of the largest veins in a distance of about 10,000 blocks in all directions the largest were around 18-20 diamonds in Java as opposed to the 10-15 or less diamonds found in those same spaces. I kept note that not all diamonds spawn in the same places across versions however I was lucky to find multiple large veins and used commands to remove-non deepslate diamond veins. Yeah forgot to mention again it was deepslate diamond veins in particular.

Excellent, much obliged. This is way more prevalent in deepslate diamonds as I did more research but seemingly only somewhat prevalent in regular diamond ore. And for additional correspondence not once did I find any vein in Bedrock up to 18-23, largest (actually a few) were up to 17 and no more than that.
