Can confirm.

In Lastest Preview 1.21.0.20 it affects Ominous Vault According To A Duplicate Report.

I did was reproduce in Ominous vaults at 

1526861062 -405.58 -25.00 -369.13

Can confirm this is is happening the latest version.
