When dropping a trident, and then the drowned picked it up, the drowned do not using thrown attacks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on the Mob Griefing 

2. Take drowned and trident and then spawn the drowned without trident

3. Set as survival and then throw the trident until drowned picking up to proceed attack

Observed Result: ❌ The Drowned unable to use throw attack after they picked up the trident despite like spawned with trident do work

Expected Behavior: The Drowned Would able to use throw attack after picked up the trident  just like included do
