Seated parrots un-sit when reloaded

Has affected me for the past few versions. When I put my parrots underground and sit them down somewhere, next time I load the world they're either above ground or in the nether. Sometimes they teleport to the nether right in front of me.

The parrots in the video teleported to the nether and died in a wall once I loaded it up.

For the bug, it did not happen immediately after traveling out of the nether portal. They have been in the overworld for probably a month by now. I keep them underground for 2-3 hours without any issues, but when I reload the world they teleport upwards. And this does not affect every parrot, just a third of them.

Is this still an issue after the 1.21.31 Hotfix? We think it may have been fixed with MCPE-186726.
