When placing a cobblestone fence on top a chest for example, it doesn't seem to stop chest from opening and many other blocks too.
How to reproduce
Start by crafting 2 chests, and combine them into 1 large chest
Then add for example: a cobblestone fence or pistons on top of chest, the chest will still open.
Note this bug may work with only some blocks.
Observations: Chest still opens after placing specific types of blocks on top of it.
Expectations: Chest should never open after placing blocks like piston or cobblestone fence on top of it.

This is not a bug, this feature existed since the beginning, and "fixing" this "bug" only breaks many storage rooms and filter setups for no nothing.
