Setting cape as skin glitches the skin.

When trying to set any cape file as a skin it glitches the skin and only adds the cape as skin and rest of the skin will be transparent.

How to reproduce

Start off by downloading any cape
Then click on the custom skins button and choose the cape file
The skin will glitch.

Observations: The skin glitches and becomes transparent
Expectations: You shouldn't be allowed to set any cape as skin.

The cape file has dimensions of 64*32, which is the minimum acceptable size when selecting a skin file. Also a prerequisite is the presence of at least 1 non-transparent pixel, which is also fulfilled. Technically this is not a bug, I believe.

Evgensypherpro Yeah I agree but I forgot mentioning the fact that once you wear full armor you basically go invisible with this skin, the reason for this is when you wear a chest plate and leggings and boots that covers up most of the skin's body and since the skin is headless you will go completely invisible since there is no head.

How can you ensure that a skin file is actually a skin file if it meets the minimum requirement?
