Also affects the Raid Omen effect in 1.21.0.21 Preview. Presumably, this issue is due to the fact that effect particles on Bedrock Edition when having multiple effects will produce an effect particle of a color combined from all the effect colors, rather than separate particles like on Java Edition now.
