[MCPE-180555] New Enchanted books obtainable without the 1.21 experiment enabled

The enchanted book for Density is obtainable even when the experiment for 1.21 is not enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a normal creative world with no experiments enabled
Find the three new Enchantments through the creative inventory.

EDIT: changed description and steps to reproduce to be easier, as I just discovered the books are accessible in the creative inventory too.

Can confirm on Windows. Unfortunately the enchantments of enchanted book in monster room's loot chest is randomized, so it will need a couple of tries.

Breach is also affected, I'm not sure about Wind Burst.

This bug is unlikely to be fixed because the 1.21 feature will be out of experiment soon or later, because currently Minecraft Preview is already at 1.21

I think the bug is that the 1.21 experiment still exists. This is 1.21 content and should be available in the 1.21 Previews.

Also obtainable in enchantment table. But just shows the enchantment name from the files.

1.21.0.22 no longer have the "Update 1.21" experiment, and thus this can no longer be reproduced.
