Mobs on Half Slabs Jump When World is Loaded

This is closely related to MCPE-18079 and MCPE-17657.

When a world is loaded, chickens standing on a bottom half slab will jump, breaking the design of many automatic chicken cookers, as baby chickens will jump up into lava and die.

It may be that they are in fact loaded in the space above the half slab.
