[MCPE-183436] No longer possible to open chat while sleeping in the New Bed Screen if enough people are sleeping

Steps to reproduce:

Open a singleplayer world
Sleep when it becomes nighttime

Observed result:
You can't open chat while sleeping.

Expected result:
You are able to send messages while sleeping, like in the Old Bed Screen.

I could confirm in Android, The Open chat button have something missing, However the button does appear in multiplayer (MCPE-183431)

This change is intentional, so it seems best to request for the button to return through player feedback.There is a post about this on the Minecraft Feedback site.

Can confirm, even on realms, openchat button does not appear while in bed unless another player is within loaded chunk area, like its proximity based. An unwanted feature.
