Steps to reproduce
Place a solid block at X = 63.
On the same Y level, place rails at X = 64 and X = 65 so that they align and point into the solid block.
Place a minecart into the rails and push it toward the solid block.
When the minecarts stops at the solid block, nudge it again.
Expected result
The minecart does not go into the solid block.
Observed result
The minecart goes inside the solid block.
When I was playing Minecraft, I discovered a bug. When a minecart running on the rails collides with a block at certain coordinates, the minecart becomes embedded in the block, suffocating the MOB and player riding it. The specific coordinates are the following four.
When colliding with a block at X=62 from a rail at X=63
When colliding with a block at X=-64 from a rail at X=-65
When colliding with a block at X=63 from a rail at X=64
When colliding with a block at X=-63 from a rail at X=-64

No, I do not use any resource packs or add-ons. I just shot a video where I performed various tests, so please take a look.

I did believe found this location that while ridding a player where discovered at X66.57 Y63.00 Z0.43 to X63.34 Y63.00 Z0.50 block wall area collision, Upon the player that going forwards the minecart into solid block of X63 position will cause passing through.
This could also occurs in Android that i reproduced.
