I successfully completed all tasks in the MCC event, but accidentally exited the game while collecting my cloak, resulting in not receiving the event reward

Here is a screenshot of my unsuccessful attempt to receive the cloak and crown rewards. I hope the official can resolve this issue as soon as possible
