[MCPE-18469] Gap between end rod sides

Xperia Z5

There's a small gap between the end rod sides in the corner line. Notice the black lines in the screenshot. They can be seen by looking closely. The same thing happens with cacti.

Also sometimes affects the cactus item in the hotbar

If you look at the sheep. It also occurs with them (most visible with black sheep).

Can confirm that it affects cactus’ (both placed and in certain hotbar slots) in 1.18.2 on iOS. I was not able to observe this with end rods.
