My survival world started in the beta version(1.20.20.22), and later I downloaded the official version to play, but I found that I couldn't enter my original world. So, I used the method of transferring the db file to enter my world, and everything was normal until then.
After playing for a long time, I decided to build a zoo. When I tried to transport a shulker back to the Overworld, I discovered that it would teleport itself to y=32767. So, I copied the world, switched to creative mode, and used the /tp command to move the shulker to a normal position. Then, I used the db file transfer method to restore my survival world. I'm not sure if this is the reason, but after that, my wandering trader stopped spawning, and the ones that had already spawned wouldn't despawn. ( I found a total of three, and two of them even spawned in the same chunk. ) This situation has been going on for about six months, so I'm pretty sure something is wrong with my world.
When I was in creative mode, aside from the /tp @e[type=shulker] command, I didn't use any other commands or modify any data."

Wandering traders and pillager patrols have been long gone from my survival world for years now, but I never modified my game or anything. So might be a different matter
can confirm, wandering traders no longer spawn in my world, but I'm playing 1.21.30.24 preview
wandering traders stopped spawning in my world 2 or 3 weeks ago, I'm not playing with any add-on or texture pack, it seems that this bug is not only in your world.
