Text shadows are missing on action bar background and text background

Previously, this report contains a missing shadow for Text Background and Action Bar, but for Text Background fixed in 1.21.90.25 Preview in a seperate bug report. See https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/MCPE-217870

Text shadow for Action Bar Background is missing. This makes reading the text difficult on some cases

Steps to Reproduce:

Set Action Bar Background Opacity to 0%

Observed Results:

Text shadows are missing

Expected Results:

The text shadows are showing

How to Fix:

Add “shadow”: true, in actionbar_message at hud_screen.json
