Allays and Vexes don't have transparent torsos

Allays and Vexes do not have the transparent body layer that they have in Java and in their texture. This is due to the material that the Allay and Vex use which does not support transparency.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Spawn an Allay or a Vex
2. Look at the texture file for either mob, part of the torso should be transparent
3. Look at either mob in game, their torso is completely opaque

Expected Result:
Allays and Vexes have the transparent layer on their torso that appears in their texture

Observed Result:
Allays and Vexes are completely opaque and do not support transparency in their texture
