[MCPE-186750] Torch recipe isn’t showing in recipe book

How to reproduce

Get 1 coal and 1 stick
Open inventory/Crafting table
See that torch recipe isn’t shown in recipe book
But you still can craft torches by placing coal and stick manually into the crafting grid in the inventory/crafting table.

Expected results
Torch recipe should showing in the recipe book.

You need to have a stone pickaxe in your inventory, see MCPE-178158

This is so dumb that it works as intended. You can make torches before you have a stone pickaxe, and its really annoying. Will figure out how to recommend the feature to be changed, because you can get a diamond pickaxe before you unlock the torch recipe.
