I purchased the marketplace pass and also the "Nightmare Before Christmas" add ons through the digital ps5 version of Minecraft v1.21.31 and it continues to display download failed message for every attempt. I would like to either get a refund or resolve this issue. I have uninstalled add ons and reinstalled with no changes. I also tried uninstalling Minecraft from the ps5 and have had no success once reinstalled.
