I am having the same problem. I have purchased the Minecraft Starter Collection for PS4, but when I try to download the mash-ups that come with this starter pack I get a "download failed" error, with no details as to what the cause of the error is.
The same thing is happening with the Mob Shifter world - I've paid for it but the download fails.
Has anyone resolved this? It looks like it's a common problem but I can't find any resolution! Thanks.
vI see that this problem has been happening for a long time, I find it incredible that it has not yet been resolved, I have the same problem, I have tried up to 3 different users, with purchased and free packages...

I have had this issue at least since Add-Ons were added (whenever that was) and was never able to download any one of the free ones on my PS4. I try almost every update and it was never fixed, my Store Cache must be the most clean in existance by the amount of times I cleaned that up. Also I don't know if this is related, but I have had a similar issue with my classic skins just not loading (after keeping the game opened in the skin menu for half an hour)
Yeah this is ridiculous the add-ons will go thru the download section but when you get to the importing section it just sits on 0% then says download failed. BtW I'm on Ps5
Been a problem for me for a long time, I'm on ps4. This seems to be a major widespread issue that's been open for years. I'm patient but wow this is very disappointing
Only got this with a few pieces of content, but they consistently refuse.
It's not the downloading where they fail, but importing.

Could anyone affected by this issue pinpoint which texture pack exactly did this issue occur with?
