Hello,
I started my game on the xbox one version of minecraft then I transferred the game to the new version of minecraft for console (bedrock) and I just realized that the new structures are well generated but the end portal is no longer found on my map. I've switched to spectator mode and the strobghold is obstructed by rock and is only a few blocks long with no portal. The seed of my initiated world on my xbox one version is: 218451881
But when I use this seed on the new version, I don't get the same map.

I'm cannot reproduce this issue in Latest 1.21.31 & 1.21.50.24 Preview, The portal in stronghold is still generated found this part
Is this still an issue with old worlds created before?
Regarding your question: “Is it always a problem with older, previously created worlds?”, this is the only world I've imported from a previous version, so I don't know if it's a recurring problem.
World generation often changes between versions because new structures and biomes are added to the game. When new generation occurs at the edge of previously saved parts of the world it may not match, and structures may not be able to fully generate. This is not considered to be a bug. You can always find another stronghold with an end portal.
