The Bug:

Bees don't get the wither effect when fed wither roses.

Steps to Reproduce:

Tempt a bee with the wither rose.
Feed the bee the wither rose.

Expected Result:

Bees will get the wither effect when fed wither roses.

Observed Result:

Bees won't get the wither effect when fed wither roses.

Bees can also enter love mode when fed a wither rose.

Well, the wither rose isn't on the ground, it's in your hand. I think this is the only mob that actually eats flowers, so it's hard to tell if it works as intended.
