Well, the wither rose isn't on the ground, it's in your hand. I think this is the only mob that actually eats flowers, so it's hard to tell if it works as intended.

there's no crosshair in 3rd person so it sort of has to snap where you're looking or else you won't be able to know where you're placing blocks

Well i don't know maybe when you actually get to the nether it kicks you because there is something with the nether generation that makes something that kicks you?
