Steps to Reproduce:
Generate a world with any seed from the table above
Go to the respective coordinates of the chosen seed
Observe the corners of the Eruption chamber
Expected Results:
The surrounding terrain of Eruption is filled with solid blocks and completely enclosed. All hallways leading to the Eruption chamber generate normally in most cases.
Observed Results:
The corners of Eruption have large empty air pockets in the shape of 90° Triangular prisms. These air pockets can sometimes mess with the generation of the Trial Chamber as a whole, often resulting in hallways that lead to pits and other hazards.

I can confirm on XBOX 1. I always thought this was an intended feature. There was also a glitch were the natural world gen would override the main hall and remove the blocks. There is also an old glitch from when they were first implemented where glow lichen could be generated floating without breaking. You can collect it with shears and it behaves as normal.
